What I do with your information.

Short version: I collect only what you send me, I use it to answer you, and I don’t sell it.

What gets collected

If you use the contact form or the booking calendar, I receive the name, email address, and details you type in, plus the appointment time you choose. If you email me directly, I have whatever is in your email.

What it is used for

Replying to you, scheduling a visit, and carrying out work you hire me to do. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

Booking runs through Google Calendar, and email through Google Workspace, so those services process it on my behalf under their own terms. If you hire me for project coordination, I share only what a supplier or installer needs to quote or do the work. I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Keeping and deleting it

I keep enquiry and project records as long as they are useful for the work and for ordinary business records. Ask me to delete yours and I will, except where I need to keep something for tax or legal reasons.
